Describe the first meeting between Hank Rearden and Ragnar Danneskjtzld.

It is dark and Hank is walking to Philadelphia. Ragnar appears out of the darkness and gives Hank a small package that contains a bar of gold. He tells Hank that he has his money safe for him and he will have it when he is free to profit from his inventions. Hank believes he will never be free. Ragnar tells Hank that no one will be allowed to manufacture Rearden Metal or make a penny off of it. When the police suddenly arrive on the scene, Hank protects Ragnar by telling them he is his new bodyguard.
