Who is Ox seller from Asterix the Gaul?

The ox seller is a minor and rather silly character. Asterix first meets him on the road, where he is lamenting selling his ox (his trade), but then lamenting that if he sells the ox.... he will have no way to pull his wagon. Asterix advises him to sell the cart instead, and the ox seller becomes a cart seller. In return for the good advice, the man tells Asterix he witnessed Getafix's capture by the Romans.
