What does Fitz explain to Chade about Verity and what does Chade ask him to do? What is Fitz's response?

Fitz explains to Chade that he knows Verity is alive because Verity spoke to Fitz using Skill, a way of speaking from afar. Chade is shaken because he and Burrich had not given Fitz's statement the credibility it deserved that night several months previous. Chade tries to convince Fitz to use his own abilities to Skill to find Verity, but Fitz runs away with Nighteyes instead.
