Why does Rosalind, disguised as Ganymede, intervene on Silvius and Phebe's conversation?

Rosalind watches as Phebe harshly rejects Silvius, who says she wounded him. Phebe laughs at this and asks to see these so-called wounds. Rosalind finds this scene demeaning and decides to intervene on Silvius' behalf.
