How is Butler's strength shown in Chapter 5 at the docks?

Butler's job is to distract the dockworkers so that Artemis can get on the ship. Butler, knowing that these are tough men, begins by insulting them calling them girls. This infuriates them but they don't respond so, Butler insults their mothers. This is enough to begin a brawl. Butler continues to insult as the men close in around him. Wanting to make noise for the distraction, Butler uses some combat action mixed with much screaming. He claps heads together, uses a spinning kick, and flips two men into the harbor.
