Who is Jock from Armageddon: The Cosmic Battle of the Ages and what is their importance?

Jock is the prison guard charged to oversee Chloe's questioning. He claims that Chloe's arrest was the result of a successful campaign to capture her, and that Albie killed himself rather than be arrested during that same drive to capture Christians. Jock is shocked that Chloe is able to withstand the truth serum without revealing her family's location, and he later stands up to the angel who appears in the courtyard when Chloe and the others face execution as punishment for refusing to bear the Mark of the Beast.
