Who is Albie from Armageddon: The Cosmic Battle of the Ages?

Albie is a black market worker, who gets a bit ahead of himself. He hires a member of the underworld to bug the Global building, but doesn't count on the fact that he can't pay the man what the Global force will pay for turning him in. Unfortunately, fthe underworld leader turns him over dead rather than alive.
