Who is Elizabeth Arkham from Arkham Asylum?

Elizabeth Arkham is Amadeus' mother. As a child, Amadeus had to take care of his mother because she was very ill. Over time, Elizabeth went completely insane. Amadeus was the cause of his mother's death, although, he does not remember becuase he has repressed the memory.
