Who is Lady Blue from Blue Adept and what is their importance?

Lady Blue is the beautiful widow of the first Blue Adept. She is also oath-friend to Neysa. When Neysa is hesitant to answer the Herd Stallion's summons for breeding, Lady Blue explains that Neysa is worried about and feels the need to guard Stile. Though Stile is identical to the first Blue Adept, Lady Blue never mistakes one for the other. Hulk is commissioned to guard Lady Blue while Stile travels to petition the Herd Stallion. Lady Blue is outraged when she learns that the Herd Stallion wishes to humiliate Stile, and after Hulk departs to speak with the Oracle, she decides to acquaint Stile with the way she was since she believes he is an honorable man. Lady Blue grew up in a small village on the east coast and helped her father heal animals. She met the first Blue Adept when he helped her rescue Snowflake, her horse's foal, from snow demons, and she falls in love with him for the three following qualities: his magic, his music and his love for equines.
