Which of Louis' assertions particularly offends Belize in Act 3, Scene 2?

Louis argues over the course of his long diatribe about freedom and democracy that race is not the most important delineation in America; politics is. He argues that the race issues of America are in fact political issues with race as a mask. Belize feels that argument is tantamount to saying the the U.S. does not have a race problem.
