What delusions become real for Harper in Act 3, Scene 3?

The entirety of Act 3, Scene 3 takes place in Antarctica. Harper is clearly in the midst of a massive hallucination, guided by Mr. Lies. Even Lies attempts to keep her grounded in some form of reality, but Harper creates other anachronistic touches, like an Eskimo. She also determines that her fake pregnancy is real.
