In Act 2, Scene 5, why does Belize fear that Prior is losing his mind?

Prior mentions to Belize in the hospital that he is hearing a strange voice since he went on his new medicine. Belize is concerned that this is indicative of either a problem with his medicine or some instability on Prior's part.
