Describe the interchange between Henry and Belize in Act 1, Scene 4?

Henry arrives at New York Hospital to admit Roy while Belize is on duty as the sole night nurse. Belize and Prior are speaking on the phone when Henry comes to the desk, and Belize blows him off. After the call, Belize takes Roy's papers but tries to send Henry to oncology since the file says "liver cancer." Henry insists that Roy is on the right floor and leaves.
