Describe the first meeting between Louis and Joe.

Joe walks in on Louis crying in the bathroom of the Brooklyn Federal Court of Appeals. He offers him some toilet paper and asks him if he is alright. Louis begins to rail against the other lawyers in the building, whom he says are heartless and Reaganite. Joe protests that he is a Republican, and he and Louis share a funny, awkward moment when Louis wonders aloud if Joe is gay.
