Which is stronger,Frank's friendship with Patricia or with Seamus?

Both are minor characters but I think Frank was a little closer to Patricia. Patricia Madigan was a fellow patient in the same hospital as Frank. She introduces him to Shakespeare before dying of diphtheria.
