What is Felix's plan to kill Von Bishop?

Felix plans to kill Von Bishop by sneaking into his house and shooting him with a pistol. While standing out side of his house, he decides he will give Von Bishop a chance to speak and he is upset with himself for not thinking that he should hide his face.
