In context, the text notes the negative effects of fracking on fresh water. You need to take into consideration the fresh water supplies that are available, and the negative effects of fracking and other kinds of contamination on everything from agriculture and wildlife to human consumption. Nature should be respected, thus, fresh water is a right..... technology and the way it is used needs to be earth friendly.
