What is the incident involving Mr. Moverley's expensive Ayreshire cow?

James discovers that the wrong cow was picked up for slaughter because of James' carelessness. He chases after the truck but finds he was following the wrong truck. Thankfully when he reaches the slaughter house the cow is still alive.
