What happens when James makes a professional visit to Mr. Duggleby's farm?

James gets so involved in a conversation with Mr. Duggleby about cricket he almost fails to diagnose the horrible contagious disease, foot and mouth disease. All Mr. Duggleby's pigs have to be slaughtered and the area is put under quarantine.
