What was momma's new house like and how did she and everyone else react to it?

Rick bought momma a house on a hill with a tree in the front full of squirrels to keep her company. She was glad to have a place where her old dog could howl without upsetting neighbors. She loved the doorbell and the thermostat. Relatives believed that she would be upset leaving her house of forty years. Sam worried that though she was close to him, she was still in a remote area. Rick worried that he made the decision more for himself than for her.
