Who is Bunio from Alicia and what is their importance?

Bunio was the second of the Jurman's sons. He was taken to a Nazi labor camp, and when one of the prisoners escaped, the Nazis decided to make a statement. Thus, they lined up all of the young men up and shot every tenth one. Bunio was a tenth one.
