What kind of encounter does Randy have with Florence and Alice after he is alone the evening of his errands to town?

Florence and Alice watch Randy say goodbye to Lib and now watch him move slowly across their lawn. Florence tells Alice to come see the Peeping Tom for herself. Alice says he's stalking something. Randy comes around the back porch. Florence opens the door and fusses at him for prowling around the house and watching her. He points at Anthony and asks if that's her bird. Randy thinks it is an extinct Carolina parakeet but she calls it an African lovebird. He tells Florence he's not watching her but her bird and Alice smiles.
