What has happened to the electrical service at Ft. Repose?

The nuclear blast in Orlando destroys power service to Timucuan County and disables all electrical appliances in Fort Repose. Power failure causes loss of heat and running water. Unlike normal storms when repair trucks are out within hours to fix downed lines, this power loss is from destruction of power plants. There is no regular radio communication except for battery-powered radios, Conelrad and WSMF with auxiliary power.
