What happens to the frozen food at Randy's and what do they decide to do about it?

Three days after The Day, Helen finds the freezer meat floating in melted ice cream and butter. She plans to salvage what she can by boiling, salting, preserving or pickling it in Mason jars. Randy suggests they host a steak party for neighbors and friends.
