What does Moose's Rash represent?

Moose’s rash physically symbolizes emotional regret. After Moose realizes he owes Al Capone a favor, Moose breaks out in a rash of hives due to his nervousness and his regret that he has entered into an agreement with Capone. The rash subsides after Moose is able to pay off his debt.
