When Sunny comes down for breakfast, Anatov is drinking tea with her mother. Sunny's mother introduces him as the son of a friend of her mother's. Sunny's mother leaves the room. Anatov tells her that they are going to Leopard Knocks and she is to bring her knife, her powders, and an umbrella. There is an official car waiting outside to take them.
