How does Sunny feel when she does her homework in Chapter 8?

Sunny is exhausted when she tries to do her homework. Her eyes are heavy and her mind is muddled. She pushes through, though, and she manages to do a worksheet of math, read for history and grammar, and write a draft of an essay due in two days.
