Who is Jenna Angeline from A Drink Before the War and what is their importance?

Jenna is Roland's mother and Marion's wife. She was employed as a cleaning lady in Senator Paulson's when she found the incrimating photos. Jenna hid the photos and went into hiding where Patrick found her. She told Patrick that she'd discovered something important, but she wouldn't tell him what it was. Jenna was shot down and killed by a gang member before she was able to give Patrick all of the information she had.
