Who is Quynh from the memoir, A Vietcong Memoir: An Inside Account of the Vietnam War and Its Aftermath?

Quynh is Tang's older brother, who is destined by their father to become a doctor. While Tang doesn't follow through with his father's decree, Quynh does and works with the government in that capacity during the resistance movement.
