Who is Titania in the story, A Tiny Feast?

Titania is a character from medieval and Renaissance folklore. She is the queen of the fairies and appears most famously in William Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream. In "A Tiny Feast," Titania is still the fairy queen, but she has become a maternal figure for a changeling child. People in the hospital know her as Trudy.
