What does Titania observe as she walks the corridors of the hospital in the story, A Tiny Feast?

As Titania walks through the corridors with the boy on days when he is feeling good, she observes all of the parents who are in a similar situation with their children. While Titania notices that she is surrounded by sadness and grief, she also sees the extreme love that radiates from the parents in the ward.
