How is Oberon described in the story, A Tiny Feast?

Oberon is described as very emotional about the boy's illness, which Titania sees as showy and disingenuous. Unlike Titania, Oberon did not bond with the child right away. He wanted to make the boy one of his followers who would do his bidding, but he eventually came to love the child like a son as well. When the child is hungry, Oberon is the one who provides the feast for him, the first step toward reconciling his tense marriage to Titania.
