Chariot Hills is the town in the Southern Kingdom where Brystal lives with her family until she is sent to the labor camp. There are several specific settings within the town that are important in their own right, including the library and the Evergreen home, which is slightly outside the main town. King Champion also lives in Chariot Hills. Brystal attends school at the Chariot Hills School for Wives and Mothers. She stood trial in Chariot Hills and was sentenced to prison for practicing magic.
