Robert Arryn from A Storm of Swords is the son of Lysa and Jon Arryn. Jon is dead (former Hand of the King). Lysa lives with her son in the Eyrie, an inpregnable tower at the top of a high mountain pass. Robert has mental issues. Lysa wants to marry Sansa to him, but she dies before it can be officially decided.
