Joffrey Baratheon from A Storm of Swords is the son of Robert and Cersei Baratheon (officially). Unofficially, he is the son of Jaime Lannister and his sister, Cersei. He is killed on his wedding day just after he'd married Margery Tyrell. Tyrion is blamed for his murder because Joffrey and he fought at the festivities. Joffrey was a rude, vicious, and selfish king.
