Who is izzy?

Izzy is a nurse at the hospital. Throughout the novel, it appears that Izzy is a nurse who works at the Center. She is dressed in scrubs and tries to help Bex and Louie after they are shot. In reality, Izzy is at the Center as a patient. She is pregnant and planned to have an abortion.
