Why is Cayo Loco no longer a salty piece of land?

The tree from Dalvalo that was planted next to Cleopatra's grave started a tradition. When people come to see the lighthouse on Cayo Loco and hear the story of its resurrection, they plant a tree. Therefore, Cayo Loco is no longer a salty piece of land.
