What is the little argument Tully has with himself after meeting Dawn and her friend?

After meeting Dawn and her friend, Noel-Christmas, he has an argument with the little devil on his shoulder. While he finds Dawn very attractive, he also knows that he is probably old enough to be her father. This argument doesn't stop him from getting high with the girls.
