How is the singer Tex Sex involved with the Lost Boys Fishing Lodge?

The country singer Tex Sex ended up on Punta Margarita and got drunk in a bar with Ix-Nay one night. He falls and hurts his head. While Ix-Nay is tending to his wounds, Tex declares he wants to live on the island forever. The next day officials show up looking for the "kidnapped" singer and soon his manager arrives and takes him off the island. Later, beach land is purchased on Punta Margarita and a pre-fab house arrives in crates to become the Lost Boys Fishing Lodge.
