What is a short-summary of the essay, Say It With Noodles?

Shing Yin Khor pictorially describes how food is a language of its own in the essay, Say It With Noodles. She recalls serving a man, presumably her boyfriend, an egg she had cooked when she was angry and placing that emotion into his food, and he got the message.
