Who is Lord Montagu?

Lord Montagu is the titled gentleman whom Cecily claims to love. Her plans to elope with him are thwarted when James finds out that Cecily and Lord Montagu have left to be married. James wants to stop the elopement because marriage to a titled man would increase the risk for the secret of Cecily's mother being revealed.
