Cedric Gilliam is Cedric's father. He left Barbara when she was pregnent with their son and encouraged her to abort him. After leaving, Cedric spent his time in and out of prison for dealing drugs. The only thing he accomplished in his life was two college degrees, which he earned while in prison. Neither degree was put to use.
