In "Harambee," what does Mumbi tell Gikonyo when they are in the hospital?

Gikonyo tells Mumbi he wants to talk about her child with Karanaja. Mumbi says she won't, but that she might return to see Gikonyo after she goes home for awhile. Mumbi is shocked because Gikonyo refused to mention the child before his accident.
