In a Feast for Crows, Sansa Stark detests Marillion the Minstrel because he attempted to rape her one evening. Later, he spends all of his time terrorizing her. He is kept around because his music pleases Lysa Aryn. Littlefinger places the blame on Marillion when Littlefinger pushes Lysa out of the Moon gate after she tried to kill Sansa.
