In A Feast for Crows, the House of Black and White is where people come to drink from the poisoned pool and die. There are alcoves below the temple with a dark pool. People empty their pockets as a donation, drink the water, then go lie down in the alcoves to await death. The workers in the temples clean and prepare the bodies for burial.
