In a Feast for Crows Tommen's marriage to Margery has given the little prince (now the King) many ideas. Margery has been encouraging him with tales of knights and jousting and tournaments. Cersei is sure that Margery is doing this so that Tommen will take risks and might be injured. Tommen has also been learning from Margery about ruling and being the King. This has made him very demanding toward his mother and others.
