A Farewell to Arms How does Ernest Hemingway use imagery in A Farewell to Arms? Asked by bookragstutor on 20 Aug 03:47 Last updated by Cat on 17 Jun 03:12
There is of course a lot of war imagery. WW 1 was especially brutal for imagery. Blood, severed limbs, and decay are abundant. Incessant rain and mud also make up powerful imagery.
