What untimatum is does Feyre give Nesta in Chapter 2?

Nesta is taken to her sister Feyre's estate. Feyre tells Nesta that it is time for some changes. She is not going to sit by and watch while Nesta destroys herself drinking and partying every night. Feyre tells Nesta that she will be moving into the House of Wind. She will train each morning with Cassian in Windhaven. After lunch and for the rest of the afternoon, she will work in the library beneath the House of Wind. The apartment and the seedy taverns are done.
