How does Nesta get a knife and clothes in Chpater 64?

Nesta wakes and finds herself on the ground in her nightgown. A male approaches her, and she sees a knife embedded in the trunk of a tree. She runs for the knife and the male runs after her. She grabs for the knife and the male hits her. They both gown down and tumble toward a streambed. Nesta sees that the male is dead from the dagger she had buried in his throat. She takes the knife out of his throat. Then she strips him of his clothes and boots and dresses herself in them.
