Why does Alex cry out during the last film he sees on his second day of treatment?

Alex cries out that using Beethoven to accompany such horrible scenes is a sin. He says this because all Beethoven did was write music, and that he never did any harm to anyone. Also, Alex might be worried that his love of Beethoven will be damaged by using it in his treatment.
